The club took advantage of a full day work day today. It gave us the opportunity to dedicate some hours to the layouts and to carry out tasks that our usual Friday nights are not long enough to accommodate.
'Inspired by Friedrichstrasse' had a lot of work done, especially around the factory area. Plenty of new greenery was added as well the overbridge.
There was a lot of work around the electrics as well, all in preparation for the layout's appearance at the forthcoming Fareham show.
Progress has also been good on the new 00 layout, with the first of the track being properly laid. Looking forward to seeing this develop.
